Step 1 -
Enter today's date (optional)
Calibration Date

Step 2 -
Select the load cell sensitivity.

Step 3 -
Enter the Motion Tolerance, used to ignore motion in the scale. Start with a value 3 times the graduation size, if calibration fails due to motion, consider increasing this value.

Step 4 -
Enter the Calibration Low Weight/Ref Weight of the scale (this is considered the dead load plus the live weight currently on the scale). If nothing is on the scale, this value will be zero.

Step 5 -
Set the calibration parameters.
Step 6 -
Ensure that the weight (if any) on the scale is equal to the Cal Low Weight set in the previous step then click the Do Cal Low button.
Step 7 -
Enter the calibration span weight
Span Weight

Step 8 -
Ensure that the span weight on the scale is equal to the Span Weight set in the previous step then click the Do Cal High button.
Once you have successfully calibrated, you are done with this section. Return to the Main Wizard Page
